JR Ellerman Construction was founded to bring a detail-oriented, owner-focused approach to commercial construction. The company is built around the belief that successful projects require more than labor and materials they require planning, communication, documentation, leadership, and relentless follow-through.

From early budgeting and preconstruction planning to field coordination and final turnover, JR Ellerman Construction approaches each project with the mindset that every detail matters.

Led by John Ellerman

Founder & CEO

John Ellerman brings over 10 years of commercial construction management experience in South Florida, having managed more than $700 million in condominium, multifamily, hospitality, transportation, and restaurant construction projects. His background includes project coordination, financial management, owner communication, trade coordination, and overall project execution.

His approach combines field awareness with disciplined project management to help clients move from concept to completion with confidence.
